Short Description:
Working with the Local Authority Lifeline Team to help those who are vulnerable or live in challenging households to provide a service of care and response when needed.
Main Duties:
As a Service Manager your role will is to oversee Council owned buildings that house multiple tenants. Vulnerable people who need assistance will press a button on a pendant or wristband and your role will be to respond to the call for help and then send Lifeline Response Officers when needed. This is a role that is challenging and a service that runs 24/7 and experience in a similar field is essential.
Qualifications/Key Skills:
Experience of working with vulnerable people in a mangement role.
